    • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 cup thawed whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
    • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
    • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 3 cups cold milk
    • 3 tablespoons pecans, chopped (for topping)
    • 2 cups thawed whipped topping (for topping)

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, butter, brown sugar, and 1 cup of finely chopped pecans. Use your hands to mix everything into a crumbly dough. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
    3. While the crust cools, whisk together the chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes with the cold milk until smooth. Add the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of whipped topping. Mix until fully blended and creamy.
