A new restaurant has opened in Fredericktown, Ohio

FREDERICKTOWN, OH - A new restaurant has come to town.

Are you craving Tex-Mex fare? If you answered yes to that question, you might want to check out the new restaurant Fresh Mex 142, which is located in Fredericktown at 142 N Main St. According to the restaurant's social media account, Fresh Mex 142 opened its doors at the beginning of the month.

The restaurant's menu includes dips like chile con queso, guacamole, bean dip, queso fundido, and queso poblano. Also on the menu are nachos, quesadillas, chimichangas, super burritos (which are stuffed with refried beans, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, cheese, and your choice of meat, and topped with chile con queso), enchiladas (check out the enchiladas verdes, which consist of 3 shredded chicken enchiladas topped with salsa verde and melted cheese), and fajitas. Check out the fajitas de la casa, which comes with grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, onions, mushrooms, green bell peppers, and red bell peppers.

Furthermore, Fresh Mex offers dishes like flautas, fajita taco salad, carnitas, huevos con chorizo (scrambled eggs mixed with chorizo; the dish also comes with Mexican rice and refried beans), huevos rancheros, Fresh Mex bowl (which is filled with your choice of meat, Mexican rice, refried beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, and cheese), carne asada, tamales, tacos (including Mexican street tacos, which are served on soft corn tortillas and come with your choice of meat, cilantro, onion, and a side of tomatillo salsa), and more.

The food was delicious and the wait staff was great! We just had lunch and the portions were good size ( I’m stuffed!). We will be making this a regular food stop!
