Coming off an exciting Week 5 win, the New York Giants will face the Cincinnati Bengals in their first and only Sunday Night Football tilt of the season.
Last week against the Seahawks, Isaiah Simmons blocked a Seahawks punt and returned it for a game-winning touchdown late in the fourth quarter. The Giants will certainly be looking to keep that energy rolling into Week 6.
The Cincinnati Bengals, on the other hand, are desperately seeking a win after starting the season 1-4. The team’s only win so far came in Week 4, when they beat the Panthers 34-24. The team is generating offense (most of the losses have been incredibly close games), but their opponents just seem to be generating more .
The two teams rarely meet during the season as they’re in different conferences, but the last time they played against each other was during the 2022 preseason when the Giants bested the Bengals 25-22.
