Netflix viewers have been left outraged after it was announced another beloved show is being axed .

It's been a tough week for Netflix as they've faced a wave of criticism for canceling both Kaos and That '90s Show . Adding to the growing list of programs facing the chop is Unstable.

The workplace comedy series starred Rob Lowe and his son John Owen as their characters worked to save their company from disaster. The show premiered in 2023 and debuted two seasons during its run. However, it's been reported the show has now been axed amid poor viewing figures.

Fans of Unstable aren't happy and have taken to X to threaten getting rid of their Netflix membership. One person wrote: "I think we all need to boycott netflix for a year tbh. don’t subscribe, watch, tweet/post about anything they got going on or something. cause the continuing of cancelling shows and putting actors and entire crews outta work so early is predatory as the minimum."

Another person posted: "That's really disappointing to hear that Unstable got cancelled after just two seasons. I enjoyed the father-son dynamic and the laughs. I hope we see Rob Lowe and his son in another show soon."

A third fan tried to see the bright side as they said: "Gonna miss this show. But damn, Netflix! First Kaos and now Unstable? At least Nobody Wants This was renewed."

Unstable has been canceled by Netflix after it failed to break into the streamer's Top 10, according to Deadline . The second season of the show, which dropped on August 1, achieved less than 1.4million views in its opening weekend.

The publication reported producers had already been "quietly shopping the show". It's believed the crew has now been told the news of the cancelation.

While Netflix has axed a strong of shows, it isn't all doom and gloom. The organization recently renewed Nobody Wants This for a second season, as well as Emily In Paris for a fifth season.
