The hardest hit one has taken from Will Levis is likely not an NFL player.

Late in the first quarter of the Titans’ game against the Colts, the quarterback was attempting to get a first down across the 50-yard line.

Barreling towards the sideline, Levis was pushed out of bounds by a Colts defender and during his tumble to the ground, a sideline worker got his legs knocked out from underneath him and flipped in the air before hitting the ground.

As he was carted off, the worker’s left foot could be seen in an air cast while laying down in the back of the vehicle.

He also gave the crowd a thumbs-up as he left.

Levis, who is in his first season as the team’s top quarterback after splitting time with Ryan Tannehill as a rookie, and the Titans lost, 20-17, to fall to 1-4 on the season.

The Titans lost their first three games to the Bears, Jets, and Packers but finally broke through in Week 4, beating the Dolphins in a 31-12 beatdown.

Prior to Sunday’s game against the Colts, Levis has completed 67 of 98 pass attempts for 604 yards this season.
