    you watch all these squatters who have "lived" there for more than 30 days get legal tenancy, then the landlord not being able to evict them (since landlord's in L.A. don't have any rights). Then the landlord being forced to restore and renovate the house for an insane amount of money, because the house isn't in good enough condition for the tenants.
