First ever Doritos restaurant to open in California featuring creative menu

Los Angeles is set to welcome a unique dining experience with the opening of Doritos After Dark, a restaurant dedicated to Doritos-flavored dishes. Launched at Crypto.com Arena on Friday, the restaurant is the latest venture by Frito-Lay, the parent company of Doritos.

Doritos After Dark offers a creative menu far beyond just chips. Guests can enjoy margaritas, veggie dumplings, California rolls, and even ice cream, all infused with Doritos flavors. Chef Wiley Bates, Frito-Lay’s senior principal scientist, expressed enthusiasm for the concept, stating, “The culinary possibilities are endless when we take Doritos chips out of the bag and put them into recipes.”
