NFL Fans Issue CeeDee Lamb Demand To Cowboys After Horrible Week 6

    By Chris Phelps,

CeeDee Lamb and the Dallas Cowboys suffered one of the most embarrassing losses they have had in recent memory as the Detroit Lions came into Arlington, Texas, and pulled off a 47-9 win.

The Lions' offense could do anything and everything they wanted against a Dallas defense that was missing Micah Parsons, DeMarcus Lawrence and Daron Bland, totaling 492 yards: 308 through the air and 184 on the ground.

The Cowboys offense also had its worst outing of the season, putting up zero touchdowns for the first time in 2024. They also gave up five turnovers.

Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott looked very uncomfortable throughout, completing just over 50% of his passes for 178 yards and two interceptions. Lamb notched seven catches for 89 yards.

As is the case after most Dallas losses, much of the blame has been cast on Prescott for the Cowboys' abysmal showing, especially since he just signed the richest deal the NFL has ever seen. With Dak's struggles this season, many NFL fans are demanding that Jerry Jones move on from Lamb so his career won't be wasted in Big D with Prescott.

"CeeDee Lamb is being wasted on the Cowboys as long as the biggest thief in NFL history Dak Prescott is his QB," one fan said.

"CeeDee Lamb is being wasted in Dallas how long before he requests a trade."

"Free Ceedee Lamb he doesn’t deserve this"

"CeeDee Lamb.. you don’t deserve this"

    "Free Ceedee Lamb"

"I feel bad for CeeDee Lamb. Get out of there young fella!"

Like Prescott, Lamb also signed a contract extension with Dallas (four years, $136M), so the odds of Jerry Jones letting go of his star anytime soon are very low.

Lamb, a former Oklahoma Sooners star, is coming off the best season of his young NFL career in 2023, where he tallied a team-record 135 catches for 1,749 yards and 14 total touchdowns. Many had high expectations for him this season, but he has failed to live up to the hype. The struggles of Prescott, who is up to six interceptions in six games, have a lot to do with it.
