Domino's Pizza is teaming up with the National Fire Protection Association® (NFPA®) to promote crucial fire safety messages nationwide during the 17th annual Fire Prevention Week™ from October 6 to 12.

This year's campaign theme, "Smoke alarms: Make them work for you!™," will be featured prominently in participating Domino's stores across the U.S. Flyers with essential fire safety tips will be included on top of pizza boxes, educating customers on the importance of ensuring that smoke alarms operate correctly in their homes.

In a unique twist, customers ordering from participating Domino's locations may receive their pizza delivery accompanied by a fire engine. If the smoke alarms in their homes are functioning, the pizza will be free. If not, firefighters will assist by replacing batteries or installing new smoke alarms.

"Every year, Domino's stores look forward to partnering with their local fire departments and NFPA to spread important fire safety messages in communities nationwide," said Jenny Fouracre, Domino's senior director of communications. "The success of this program over the past 17 years speaks volumes about our commitment to fire safety."

Lorraine Carli, vice president of Outreach and Advocacy at NFPA, emphasized the importance of smoke alarms, stating, "Smoke alarms reduce the risk of dying in a home fire by more than half. This year's Fire Prevention Week campaign drives home how critical it is to install, test, and maintain smoke alarms."
