Famous California native set to become minority owner in the Las Vegas Raiders: Report

Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady is on the verge of becoming a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, with approval expected at the NFL fall owners' meeting in Atlanta on Tuesday, according to sources cited by ESPN's Adam Schefter. The NFL Finance Committee plans to present Brady's bid for a vote, requiring approval from 24 of the 32 team owners to move forward.

Notably, if approved, Brady may face "severe" restrictions on his broadcasting career with Fox. According to ESPN’s Seth Wickersham, the NFL has confirmed that Brady would not be allowed access to another team's facility, practice sessions, or broadcast production meetings, limiting his interactions with coaches and players essential for telecast insights. This approval could significantly impact Brady's future in broadcasting while opening a new chapter in his post-playing career with the Raiders.
