(MA) Get ready to meet a little ball of energy who has not had the easiest time in life, but is hopeful for a carefree future. Jelly Bean is a little Chihuahua and Dachshund mix pup who recently came into Great Dog Rescue New England's care through some unfortunate circumstances.

Jelly Bean was rescued from a severe hoarding situation after her owner passed away. She was being kept with seventeen other pups, and they were not well-socialized. Despite that, Jelly Bean is a brave and mighty girl who will not let her past define her. She would love the chance to grow up in a loving and caring home.

"She is such a brave little soul and is such a cute little spitfire. These pups are still a bit nervous given their previous living conditions so they will need patient and loving families can work to help them get acclimated to their new lives."- Great Dog Rescue New England / Petfinder

    More Information On Jelly Bean

Jelly Bean is a 5-year-old Chihuahua and Dachshund mix pup, sometimes known as a "Chiweenie". She is a small girl who weighs, as of 10/13/24, approximately 8 pounds. Jelly Bean has a short coat length which is red, chestnut, and orange in color. She is up to date on her vaccinations and is spayed.

According to Great Dog Rescue New England, Jelly Bean is a small but mighty pup who is very active. She is always on the go, and is learning each day, "what it means to play like a puppy and receive love and affection from humans". At this time she is okay with being held, but is not the biggest snuggler. She is still a bit nervous, given her past history, and will require a family who can be patient and get her used to a new life.

"We know Jelly Bean will bring happiness and joy into your house and she can't wait to meet her forever family!" - Great Dog Rescue New England / Petfinder
