Ohio is rich in gemstone and Prehistoric Rock Art, it is literally everywhere, a lot of it is on gemstone. Also very rich in prehistoric artifacts like arrowheads and tools. Get out there and search the creeks and riverbeds that have rock shoals. I guarantee that you will find some! Keep an open mind, a keen eye, and you will find faces of Shaman wearing a Bears head, or Rams head, or a Birds head. Ram, Wolf, American Lion, Saber Tooth Tiger, Ape… yes Ape, Dog, Crocodile, Mammoth 🦣. They are so prolific that after one year I have a Museums worth of very fine, quality artwork. You Tube is a good place to get an idea of what you are looking for, I strongly suggest starting there. Archaeologists DO NOT accept these, I might forewarn, but I would love to invite them to my Roadside Attraction! 😁 My site is called… Portable Rock Art Geo Rocks😳
