A new restaurant has opened in Chagrin Falls, Ohio

CHAGRIN FALLS, OH - A new restaurant has come to Orange Village.

Are you craving pizza? If you answered yes to that question, you might want to check out the new restaurant The Pizza Joint, which is located in Chagrin Falls at 4951 Brainard Rd. According to the restaurant's social media account, the Pizza Joint opened for business on September 25. At the time of this writing, the new restaurant is cash-only.

Per the Pizza Joint's Yelp page, the restaurant is a new venture from the owners of the now closed Munch: A Simple Kitchen. The Pizza Joint's menu includes house-made appetizers such as garlic knots, fresh mozzarella moons (which are hand-breaded), and whipped ricotta, which can come savory or sweet. The savory whipped ricotta comes with roasted tomatoes, balsamic reduction, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, and flake salt. The sweet version comes with hot honey, pistachios, flake salt, and black pepper upon request.

Also on the menu are salads, which are all made with artisan romaine. Check out the Land cheese salad, which is made with artisan romaine, lots of shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, pepperoncini, and a sweet white balsamic.

And of course, the restaurant has pizza. The restaurant's pizzas are made with a 6-ingredient dough and served with whipped ricotta on the side. Check out pizzas like the veggie supreme (which is topped with red sauce, bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms, black olives, artichokes, spinach, and mozzarella) and truffle mushroom delight, which is topped with white garlic sauce, wild mushrooms, red onions, spinach, and a truffle oil drizzle.

You can also build your own pizza. Topping options include pepperoni, sausage, chicken, fresh mushrooms, roasted red peppers, hot honey, and more.

The new restaurant is open 5 days a week, Wednesday to Sunday from 4 PM to 8 PM. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
