And the best people in the whole wide world, Mississippi People. We legalized alcohol in the late sixties, then gambling with boats. Tax counters after Katrina said, it would be alright to build on land. It was nothing new to our Gulf coast, but making it legal on land, was. Big investment, big payoff! Covid-19 hiccup was then. But watch us now! It’s a get away for a bunch of Florida and Georgia folks ahead of those 2, October hurricane’s. Growing by leaps and bounds, you got to come see what the Mississippi Gulf Coast just opened.
