The Cleveland Browns fans are fuming as the team fell to the Philadelphia Eagles 20-16 in a hard-fought Week 6 matchup, but the story remained the same as the Browns' offense once again struggled to find the end zone.

While special teams provided a spark, quarterback Deshaun Watson and the offense failed to capitalize on key opportunities, raising more questions about the direction of the team.

Deshaun Watson finished the night 16 of 23 for 168 passing yards, but the Browns couldn’t overcome critical penalties that derailed their drives. Head coach Kevin Stefanski continued to back Watson after the game, but frustrations around the offense are growing, as the team remains stuck in neutral.

The lone bright spot for Cleveland scoring-wise came on special teams. In the second quarter, Myles Garrett blocked a 44-yard field goal attempt, and safety Rodney McLeod Jr. scooped the ball, returning it 50 yards for a touchdown. McLeod’s touchdown tied the game at 10-10, giving the Browns hope heading into halftime.

In a surprising stat that no fan ever really wants to see, McLeod is tied with wide receiver Amari Cooper as the team's leading scorer with two touchdowns each—a reflection of Cleveland's offensive woes this season.

After the blocked field goal touchdown, the Browns' offense failed to get back on track. A missed 52-yard field goal attempt by kicker Dustin Hopkins on their opening drive of the second half sealed their fate. Cleveland managed just two more field goals and was unable to muster a game-winning drive in the final quarter.

The Browns now sit firmly at the bottom of the AFC North, and are left searching for answers ahead of their Week 7 divisional clash with the Cincinnati Bengals. With four losses to NFC East opponents this season, Cleveland’s path forward is clouded by its offensive issues and the inability to find consistent rhythm.
