Young and the Restless Spoilers: Daniel's Arrest Stuns His Family, Phyllis Finds Sharon Proof

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is setting up Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) to take the fall for Heather Stevens' (Vail Bloom) death.

Soap Opera Spy reports that Sharon's been having difficulty shaking off thoughts of Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby). This has led her to hurt those around her, and now she's dragged Daniel into her mess.

Daniel has no clue what's happening, but Sharon's planted enough clues pointing to him that the cops can't ignore. They have to check him, at least, out.

The Genoa City Police Department isn't known for being the brightest bunch on the show. Often, characters have had to solve their own problems and crimes.

The Young and the Restless viewers have seen Phyllis do this many times, proving she's quite the sleuth when push comes to shove. With her own son caught up in this, she likely senses something's off.

She Knows Soaps reports that Phyllis might soon be on a mission to prove beyond doubt that Daniel had nothing to do with this murder and that someone framed him. If anyone could pull this off, it'd be her.

As Phyllis digs into this case and puts the pieces together, it's not far-fetched to think she might zero in on Sharon and start asking questions. Everyone's been worried about Sharon's mental health lately, so Phyllis has plenty to work with.

If Phyllis backs Sharon into a corner, she might snap. The viewers could see another epic showdown between these two.

Over the years, they've clashed more times than we can count, and now that it involves framing her son for murder, Phyllis won't be playing nice!
