Some Virginia General Hospital fans wonder where Ethan Lovett ( James Ryan) is and why no one has suggested him as a donor for Lulu Spencer Falconeri (Alexa Havins).

GH viewers have suggested that Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson), Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), and even Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) might be the liver donor, but no one has suggested her half-brother, the son of Luke and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms).

Who saves Lulu and how will Sam make her exit?

Ryan took over the role from Nathan Parsons last fall and has not been seen since he left Port Charles. Holly did not even mention him when trying to help Lucky return home. If Ethan returned, would it be Ryan, or could Parsons reclaim the role he originated?
