(WWJ) — The second of two men wanted in connection with the murder of a Rochester Hills man while they allegedly posed as DTE workers last Friday has been arrested.

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday afternoon the suspect was found in Plymouth Township and taken into custody without incident during a traffic stop. His name and age have not been released.

“Nothing further will be added at this point, but we wanted the information out to reassure an anxious community,” the sheriff’s office said in a social media post.

The second suspect’s arrest comes two days after police announced 37-year-old Carlos Hernandez of Dearborn had been taken into custody in Louisiana. Hernandez was charged with felony murder and two counts of unlawful imprisonment.

The sheriff’s office says the two men posed as DTE workers, with a placard on their truck, wearing vests, and DTE “paperwork” on a clipboard in order to gain entry to the victim's home in an upscale neighborhood.

The suspects first went to the home of 72-year-old Hussein Murray Thursday night and said they were searching for a gas leak. The homeowner did not allow them in.

The suspects returned Friday and were let in the house, according to the sheriff’s office.

Murray accompanied the men into the basement, ostensibly to look for the gas leak. The victim’s wife never saw him come up from the basement.

The wife, who had been tied up and duct taped, was eventually able to call 911. She told responding deputies at the time she believed her husband may have been kidnapped.

As deputies searched the home to make sure it was safe, they found his body in the basement. The wife was taken to the hospital to be checked out, but has been released.

Authorities have not yet determined if anything was taken from the home.

What did everyone expect to happen; when the flames of hatred and intolerance is continually fanned against the Islamic community? Naturally there will arise some Sephardim or Ashkenazim or Zio fanatic who will take extreme actions out of their delusional perception of reality. These Sephardim are clearly acting on orders from ISRL.
