Oklahoma Sooners commit is not letting Saturday's loss to Texas Longhorns sway him away one bit

The Oklahoma Sooners, despite their terrible loss to the Texas Longhorns, are still a school players want to go to. Even kids from the state of Texas would rather put on that Crimson and Creme than go burnt orange. It's so many kids' dreams growing up.

And, even after this loss, which is far more embarrassing than the year Oklahoma lost to Texas 49-0, kids still want to ride it out with the Sooners, and we are seeing that. Oklahoma isn't heading in a big-time direction this season, as the offensive issues are pretty bad, but they have a bright future with the kids coming in.

One of them made sure to let everyone know that he was ride or die with the Sooners.

"Great Win for the LongHorns, but still," and then put the horns down emojis with a hashtag that read Red River Rivalry 2026, and then an eye emoji.

Jaden O'Neal is a 2026 commit from Long Beach, California. He's a four-star quarterback at Narbonne High School. The Sooners don't have to worry about him flipping anytime soon. He's down with the Sooners.

If anything, it seems like it's making some of the recruits and commits come even more, because they want to help Oklahoma get to where it's supposed to be.
