Titans RB Tyjae Spears (hamstring) week-to-week

Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears is considered week-to-week with a hamstring injury, likely ruling him out for Sunday's game at Buffalo. Head coach Brian Callahan gave the update on Monday, one day after a 20-17 home loss to the Indianapolis Colts dropped the Titans to 1-4. Spears, listed behind starter Tony Pollard on the depth chart, played just 12 snaps before leaving Sunday's game, rushing six times for 27 yards.
