Nobody is going to win if this situation does not improve to a realistic settlement terms on both sides. Please do not unnecessarily ruin 17K employees and their families if you will sooner than later settle this strike.

I have been a member of unions in my past, sat on both sides of the bargaing table and out on syrike and there always became a time I parted ways with their behaviors and stance. Unless different than the unions I belonged to, there are special interest groups within the union, that always feel their needs are more important and the less senior membrts are always the ones to pay the cost. If successful, they claim victory, as the special interest group repeats the greatest benefits. The problem is no one knows what the future will bring. If one reads between the lines, great losses are being accumulated everyday, which may or may not be made up ending with a reduction in work force. I disagree when the union says Boeing sacraficed safety by not paying employees more. Pride of work comes from inside an individual. If they use money as a reason to ignore safety and making sure the job is done right. They are letting themselves down. No one wins in a strike.
