Vanna White showed off her athleticism in a new video with her Wheel of Fortune costar Ryan Seacrest .
The letter-turner held 10-pound weights in her hands as she began doing some bicep exercises. “Just a little pre-show workout!” the caption of her recent Instagram post said.
“See, I wear a lot of sleeveless dresses so I have to keep the muscles going,” Vanna, 67, said in the video as she moved the weights back and forth. Her arm muscles were on full display.
In the clip, Vanna donned a black and white floral dress with a hem going just below her knees. She also wore a pair of high heels and rocked a full face of makeup, making the exercise routine all that more impressive!

Vanna then handed the weights off to Ryan, 49, who began doing some squats while wearing a suit and dress shoes. However, he jokingly said that he could not lift the weights over his head.
“I can’t go any higher, everything’s gonna come out, everything’s gonna fall off,” he exclaimed before lifting his legs up and pumping the weights. Vanna said that Ryan was “teaching” her “new things.”
Vanna then grabbed the weights again and started doing some more bicep exercises before Ryan took over once more and showed Vanna a new exercise she hadn't seen before. “I do this, it's good on the core,” he told her during the demonstration. She was intrigued by the exercise, causing him to ask, “Vanna, 41 years on this show and you’ve never done this move?”
“You learn something new everyday,” she replied.
Fans loved seeing the fun backstage moment between the costars, who have had a great rapport on screen in season 42.
“You two work so well together, it seems relaxed and fun!!” one person commented on the post, as another person said, “I love this team they work so well together and it makes the show so much better.”
“The fun is through the roof with these two,” another person said, while another person added, “So this is the trick to staying young!”

Ryan had an unforgettable Wheel of Fortune hosting debut on September 9. He succeeded Pat Sajak , who hosted the game show for 41 seasons before marking his final episode in June 2023. Vanna decided to remain on the show as letter-turner despite her longtime cohost's emotional exit.
“Ryan knows he’s got huge shoes to fill being a worthy replacement for Pat,” an insider told Closer in July. “He’s in full Mr. Nice Guy mode, putting on the charm, lavishing Vanna and everyone else on the show with his homemade cooking, bringing treats and the occasional gift just because he thought they would like it.”
Since Ryan came on board, the show has experienced a big ratings boost, giving him more confidence on set.
“Ryan’s walking around with a huge swagger after his ratings success on Wheel of Fortune, now he’s talking about implementing changes to ‘improve’ the flow of the show,” an insider told Closer earlier this month.
