The Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters Office (ROV) will conduct an in-person Voter Accessibility Workshop on October 16, 2024. The event is open to all members of the public and aims to provide valuable information about accessible voting options available for the November 5, 2024 Presidential General Election. Participants will have the chance to ask questions and observe a live demonstration of accessible voting equipment. An ASL interpreter will be present to assist attendees who are hearing-impaired.

“Ensuring that every voter has access to the ballot is not just a responsibility, it’s a commitment to our democracy,” said Matt Moreles, Acting Registrar of Voters. “This workshop is designed to introduce the tools, equipment, and processes we have in place to ensure all voters have the ability to cast their ballot securely and independently.”

The event will take place from 3 to 4:30 pm at the Registrar of Voter’s Office (Third Floor 1555 Berger Dr., Building 2, San Jose, CA 95112). To know more, click here .
