MLB fans were confused to see two stars at the ALCS game .

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce attended the first game of the ALCS series as the Cleveland Guardians faced the New York Yankees on Monday. It was rumored before the big game that the couple was going to attend, and fans knew what was to come . The camera caught Taylor and Travis sitting in a suite, smiling and laughing. The couple was caught looking excited during Juan Sotto's home run.

The MLB's X, formerly known as Twitter, account then posted their appearance on the account, leaving fans upset that the media was focusing too much on them and not on the game. Fans were confused as to why the pair was even at the game.

One person on X wrote: "Why is Taylor swift at the Yankees game? every sport tryna profit off her now lol." Another person said: "Everybody is watching TBS now for a chance to see a Taylor Swift cameo. This is more pressure that the Yankees don’t need." A third user added: "We get it. #TaylorSwift is there. We don't care. #Yankees #Guardians #ALCS." A fourth posted: "Why do I have to see Taylor Swift at Yankees games now wtf!!!"

Taylor was seen in all-black look, and paired it with a blank black dad cap. Travis wore a white shirt under a black jacket and paired the ensemble with a chain and hat that read, "Midnight Rodeo." It is not known who Taylor was rooting for, but singer loves the City of New York and Travis is a Cleveland native. The last time Taylor visited Yankee Stadium was when she gave a speech at New York University's graduation in 2022.

The two have been enjoying some time in the Big Apple since Travis and his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, are in a bye week. This means the team gets a week break before heading back to the field. Taylor may also be trying to soak up all the time she can with her NFL boyfriend since she is planning to head back on stage for her Eras Tour on Friday, October 18, in Miami, Florida.

The pop star will perform three shows at the Hard Rock Stadium and then will visit New Orleans, Indianapolis, Toronto and Vancouver. During her 100th show in Liverpool, Taylor revealed that she would not add anymore dates to the tour, and her last show will be on December 10 - three days before her 35th birthday.
