A woman was arrested by Cabool Police after both her and her son tested positive for meth. In June an officer was dispatched to a residence for a report of a domestic assault. During the investigation, Police located a smoking pipe believed to be used for meth. 26-year-old Megan Russo and her juvenile son were both in the room where the pipe was found. In September lab results came back that they had both tested positive for meth. Last week, Megan Russo of Mountain Grove was charged with endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs. Her bond was set at $2,000.
