All of a sudden, everyone apparently knew that Army and Navy would be a combined 11-0 to start the season with both realistically in the expanded College Football Playoff hunt.

Tulane is still great under new head coach Jon Sumrall, Memphis is still in the mix, and North Texas is a very, very quiet 5-1 as it's lurking in the AAC tittle chase.
