Easy Beef Tips: A Simple and Delicious Comfort Dish

Beef tips are one of those classic comfort foods that never go out of style. Whether you're looking for an easy weeknight dinner or something special for a family meal, this dish has you covered. With just a few ingredients and minimal effort, you can create a savory, melt-in-your-mouth beef dish that will have everyone coming back for seconds. This recipe for Easy Beef Tips offers a no-fuss way to prepare tender, flavorful meat that's perfect for pairing with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.

The beauty of this dish lies in its simplicity. With just five basic ingredients, you'll have a hearty meal cooking away in your oven while you focus on other things. There's no need for complicated steps or constant checking. You simply mix everything in a pan, cover it, and let the oven do the rest. The result? Tender, juicy beef that's packed with flavor from the mix of mushroom soup, brown gravy, and onion soup mix.

    Recipe: Easy Beef Tips

    Ingredients:

    • 2 lbs stew meat
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 packet brown gravy mix
    • 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
    • 1 can of water (use the empty soup can to measure)

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
    2. In a 13x9-inch baking pan, combine the stew meat, cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy packet, onion soup mix, and one can of water. Mix everything together well so the meat is evenly coated.
    3. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil to seal in the steam.
    4. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 3 hours. Make sure not to lift the foil during cooking — the steam is essential for keeping the meat tender.
    5. After 3 hours, remove the pan from the oven and carefully lift the foil. The beef tips should be tender and packed with flavor.
    6. Serve the beef tips with your choice of mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. The rich, savory sauce created from the beef and seasonings makes the perfect topping for your sides.

I would use another better quality of meat instead of stew meat. Otherwise it looks delicious.
