    This article is hogwash. The ONLY factors in non-graded game pricing are rarity/availability & popularity (and condition, to a lesser extent). If a game is sought after because it is popular or not easily available to play, people are less likely to let go of their copies unless highly compensated. 90% of graded games are sealed ones that somehow survived all this time from being opened. Grading them just preserves them in their current state. The other 10% are prototypes & pristine condition complete in box games that happen to already be rare or sought after & make them worthy of preservation. All can still be found & purchased, ungraded, for much less money.
