Two Injured In Accidental Shootings At South Miami-Dade Shooting Range

Miami, FL - Two individuals were transported to the hospital after accidentally shooting themselves at a South Miami-Dade outdoor shooting range.

According to Miami-Dade Police, officers and fire rescue units were dispatched to the Homestead Training Center on Sunday morning.

Investigators say the shootings were separate accidents that occurred approximately an hour apart.

Police report that one person required an airlift to Jackson South Medical Center, while the other rained in stable condition after being taken to a nearby hospital.
