We call this a "winning streak."

On Sunday, the Chicago Bears recorded their third consecutive victory by handily defeating the Jacksonville Jaguars 35-16 in London. For the first time since 2013, the Bears have scored 35 points in back-to-back games.

The Bears are playing high-level, complementary football — granted, against poor competition. Every member of the organization seems to be improving week by week.

I mean, look at this play.

It's a great time to be a Bears fan.

Here are six takeaways from the Bears' Week 6 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

No more bad boyfriend. It's different this time. He's changed.

    D'Andre Swift is a monster.

On 17 attempts, Swift had 91 rushing yards (an average of 5.4 yards per carry for my math people) and a touchdown. He also added four catches and 28 yards through the air. For the third straight week, Swift has had 100-plus all-purpose yards.

Swift looks EXPLOSIVE with the ball in his hands. At this point, the Swift screen pass feels like a free 10-plus yards on offense. His vision has also improved, with multiple smart cutbacks against the Jaguars.

The offense functions far better with a well-established run game — a statement true for all NFL teams but especially for the Bears.

    Just look at the statistics.

    • Week 2 (loss): Swift: 18 rushing yards; Caleb Williams: 37 attempts
    • Week 3 (loss): Swift: 20 rushing yards; Caleb Williams: 52 attempts
    • Week 4 (win): Swift: 93 rushing yards; Caleb Williams: 23 attempts
    • Week 5 (win): Swift: 73 rushing yards; Caleb Williams: 29 attempts
    • Week 6 (win): Swift: 91 rushing yards; Caleb Williams: 29 attempts

Caleb Williams is a great quarterback, but 35-plus passing attempts aren't part of a winning formula for most teams.

Through three weeks, Swift looked like dog water. But he's since flipped a switch and has looked like the $8 million man he was signed to be.
