In the first episode, we follow Momo Ayase, who goes through a breakup with her boyfriend because she doesn't want to sleep with him. On the other hand, Ken Takakura often gets bullied due to his interest in occult things like aliens, which he wholeheartedly believes in. After Momo defends Ken against his bullies, they get into a heated debate about aliens versus ghosts.

Ken believes in aliens because he feels that there is ample proof of UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Momo, on the other hand, thinks that ghosts are real because her grandmother was a medium. After arguing about who was right, Ken and Momo decide to prove themselves to one another. Ken sends Momo to a spot believed to attract aliens, and Momo sends Ken to a haunted area. Afterward, strange things leave Ken cursed and Momo with psychic powers.

The show borders on hilarious and ridiculous, with each new interaction between the two high schoolers stretching your tolerance for disbelief. The anime teeters between shoujo and paranormal action, with moments of true insanity in between. The dialogue seems outrageous sometimes, but it is endearing as we follow Momo and Ken, wondering what crazy thing could happen next.
