    Why ask random sources? Do your kids WANT to live in and/or manage and/or deal with the sale of your properties when you die? Dealing with properties in any of these ways, especially if travel is required to take care of anything tangible, could draw very intense responses from them. They have to sort this out with you BEFORE you die.
