Due to the length, this report has been split into five parts. This is the second part. Please note an arrest or charge does not constitute a conviction.Dispute – New Lacy St. – In reference to a dispute between Complainant and a named subject. The subject was arrested for simple battery FVA. Report taken.Suspicious Person – West Spring Street – In reference to a male asking the Complainant multiple times if he could buy her lunch. When she refused his offer he began following her. Contact was made with the male who denied this allegation. Report taken.Suspicious Person – S Madison Ave; Quickpick – In reference to a report of subject almost striking a pedestrian while pulling into the Quickpick and then falling down getting out of her car. Contact made with subject inside the Quickpick. She showed no signs of impairment. All OK on location.Shots Fired – B Baron Dr. – In reference to shots fired, Multiple people advised they heard shots fired coming from the area behind Baron Dr. Handgun shell casings were located in the back. CID was called and arrived on scene.Mental health patient – Breedlove Dr; Ridgeview. In reference to Ridgeview refusing a female that was having suicidal thoughts. Female was transported to Piedmont Walton for a voluntary 10-13 assessment by a family member. Report taken per the complainant’s request.Other Law – W Spring St; Walmart. In reference to Complainant driving to Monroe, Georgia from Pell City, Alabama to meet a female that he met online. Complainant has been sending gift cards to the female over text messaging. Complainant was advised to return to Pell City, Alabama and file a police report in regards to this scam.Suspicious Person – S Broad St / Walker Dr- In reference to subject pushing a bicycle down the roadway with a large TV. Subject obtained the large, damaged, TV in the trash. All ok.Juvenile Complaint – G.W. Carver. In reference to a verbal dispute between Complainant and her 13-year-old niece. Complainant advised her niece was being unruly. No criminal laws were violated. Complainant was advised of the juvenile complaint process.Suicide Threats – Masters Dr. In reference to subject on location having suicide thoughts. After Officers spoke with subject, he agreed to be transported to Piedmont Walton for a voluntary 10-13 evaluation.Alarm – Walker Dr – Residence was cleared per the resident’s request. All ok on location.Suspicious Persons – S Madison Ave / Davis St- In reference to two white males in the roadway. Subjects were on the sidewalk. All ok.Dispute – W Highland Ave. In reference to the complainant stating that two males were verbally disputing in the roadway. Parties involved were gone upon officer arrival.Dispute – Green St. In reference to a verbal dispute between two subjects. Both were intoxicated and disputing over family matters. Subjects were separated and advised of remedies.Scam – Davis St- In reference to Complainant stating he was getting scammed on CashApp. Complainant stated that his phone was tapped and that people on Lacy St stole his information on CashApp. Complainant was advised of remedies.Tree Down – 6th Street – In reference to a tree down. Turned over to Fire.Other Law – Lawrence St – In reference to the complainant reporting suspicious behavior at a neighboring residence. All OK on location.Warrant/Arrest – In reference to a report of suspicious activity on location from a neighbor. A vehicle on location showed the registered owner to have an active warrant. Consent to search the residence was offered and the suspect was discovered on location with an active warrant out of Walton County Sheriff’s Office. He was turn over to WCSO without incident.Dispute – Davis St – In reference to Complainant wanting a female on location to be removed from the home. Both parties were residents. Civil remedies advised.Traffic Stop – Hwy 78 and E Spring – Male subject was arrested and released on a copy of the citation for driving on a suspended license.Flat Tire – Unisia Dr; Walton Truck Stop – In reference to subject with a flat tire. Tire was changed out. All OK on location.Lost Item – E Spring St. – In reference to being flagged down by an individual who had found a wallet in the roadway. The wallet was returned to its owner who advised nothing appeared to be missing out of it.Vehicle Unlock – MLK Jr. Blvd. – Vehicle unlocked, no damage. Funeral Escort- Assisted WCSO with escort through City.Runaway Juvenile – East Spring Street – In reference to a juvenile that ran away from Monroe Motor Inn. The juvenile returned. All ok.Other Law – Mill Stone Bluff – In reference to assisting Complainant in retrieving her belongings from a residence she stay at over the past weekend.Traffic Stop – Hwy 78 and E Spring St Bridge – Vehicle stopped for window tint. Two subjects were arrested for Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon and obstruction. They were turned over to Walton County Jail staff without incident.Juvenile Problem – Hammond Park – In reference to juveniles and adults riding an ATV. Everyone was made aware of the rules, loaded the ATV onto a truck, and left the location.Fraud – Baker St. – In reference to Complainant being scammed by purchasing gift cards. Report taken.Alarm – W Spring St.; Monroe Library – In reference to the alarm, it is the person employed by the library with a badge to clean.Traffic Light Out – W Spring St. / MLK Jr. Blvd. – In reference to a report of a turn light not functioning. All traffic lights were observed to be working correctly.Illegal Dumping – Matthews Park: Anonymous complainant advised a large party was dumping trash into the lake; unfound.Dispute – Creekside Way: Complainant called 911 in reference to her cousin having a TPO and not supposed to be around her. Subject wasn’t served formally. Advice given.Suspicious Person – Old Mill Pt- Person on location cleaning. All okVehicle Lockout – Carwood Dr. Vehicle open, no damage.Suspicious Person – Ammons Bridge @ Alcovy St: Male subject walking in the front yard of the complainant. Area checked, all ok, no address providedPursuit – Pine Park St/Davis St- Named male subject was observed traveling on the roadway with a 2023 Honda CRF dirt bike. He fled upon the sight of law enforcement before coming to a stop behind a residence on Wall St. He was taken into custody on Fleeing and multiple traffic violations.Dispute – Atha St: Dispute in reference to complainant be struck in the face by subject while rocking her child asleep. Report taken.Foot Patrol – Downtown: All OKFirearms – Walker Dr: In reference to hearing possible gunshots in the area. Area checked with negative contact.</div></body>
