This incident is under investigation.On 10/12/2024 at 9:57 AM, Officers responded to a report of an Injury accident in the 2000 block of Republican Street.On 10/11/2024 at 3:45 PM, A citizen came to the Police Department to report Criminal Use of a Financial Card. This incident is under investigation.On 10/10/2024 at 9:31 AM, Officers responded to a report of a non-injury accident in the 200 block of West 5th Street.On 10/10/2024 at 9:16 AM, Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 1300 block of Lincoln Street. Further investigation led to the arrest of Anthony Lutchka of Wichita on a Sedgwick County Warrant for Probation Violation. Lutchka was also charged with Disorderly Conduct and Interference with a Law Enforcement Officer. Lutchka was transported to Cloud County Corrections.On 10/09/2024 at 6:11 PM, Officers responded to a report of an assault in the 300 block of West 2nd Street. Further investigation led to the arrest of Kyele Mendenhall of Concordia on charges of Aggravated Assault. Mendenhall was transported to Cloud County Corrections.On 10/09/2024 at 4:22 PM, A citizen came to the Police Department to report a violation of a court order. This incident is under investigation.On 10/09/2024 at 9:22 AM, Officers arrested Joseph Tholstrup of Concordia at the Police Department on a Cloud County Warrant for Failure to Abide. Tholstrup was transported to Cloud County Corrections.On 10/09/2024 at 12:35 AM, Officers arrested John Reno JR of Concordia on a Cloud County Warrant for Failure to Abide. Reno was also charged with Possession of a Stimulant, Possession of Marijuana, Distribution of a Stimulant, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Reno was transported to Cloud County Corrections.On 10/07/2024 at 11:30 PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Cloud Street. Further investigation led to the arrest of Brandon Roop of Belleville on charges of Driving While Suspended and No Proof of Liability Insurance. Roop was cited and released from the scene.</div>
