Bills Hilariously Tease Josh Allen-Amari Cooper Chemistry After Big Trade

The Buffalo Bills followed up their big 23-20 win over the New York Jets in Week 6 on Monday Night Football by going out and swinging a trade with the Cleveland Browns for Amari Cooper.

The move gives superstar quarterback Josh Allen a new top target to throw to on offense after the team traded away Stefon Diggs and lost Gabe Davis in free agency over the offseason.

Despite the fact the front office didn't truly replace either of those two guys, Buffalo has posted a 4-2 record, which convinced the front office to go out and get Cooper from the Browns. After the deal was officially announced the Bills teased Allen and Cooper's chemistry with a hilarious clip on social media.

Whenever quarterbacks fling the ball to the sidelines, it's human nature for folks in the vicinity to try and catch the ball. That rings especially true for Cooper since, as a wide receiver, he gets paid millions of dollars to go out and catch footballs.

Allen obviously wasn't trying to throw the ball to Cooper here, but considering how he managed to make an impressive one-handed grab on the sidelines here, it could be an indicator of good things to come for this new pairing in the future.

Cooper struggled to produce much early on this season with the Browns in their lethargic offense, as he's hauled in just 24 passes for 250 yards and two touchdowns through six games. Joining the Bills offense, which has an elite quarterback in Allen, should help Cooper's numbers take a pretty sizable leap.

There's no doubt that Buffalo and their fans are fired up over this trade, and all eyes will be on Cooper as he aims to make his debut with his new team when they take the field again in Week 7 against the Tennessee Titans.
