You don’t blame just the guy if she is at least 16 question the girl to . Parents can’t blame one side until you find out the truth from both sides sides. You also have to look into backgrounds on if these children has problems or had ran away before. Kids have to much access to computers and phones. Parents needs to monitor the children if not and adult.
