NXT North American Title Match Set For NXT Halloween Havoc

The rivalry between Oba Femi and Tony D’Angelo will continue at NXT Halloween Havoc .

Femi previously defended the NXT North American Championship against D’Angelo at NXT No Mercy. D’Angelo continued to target the title, and he challenged Femi again on the October 8 episode of WWE NXT. There, D’Angelo dethroned Femi, the longest-reigning NXT North American Champion in NXT history.

D’Angelo kicked off the October 15 episode of NXT and raised a glass to Femi as he celebrated his title win. Femi interrupted and said that he would win the title back at NXT Halloween Havoc. Femi then spun the Halloween Havoc wheel, which landed on a Tables, Ladders, and Scares match.
