The bicycle, parked beside the house, was then discovered missing as well. The scooter is described as a Caroma brand, slate blue with a bag attached to the front. The bicycle is a Kent Incognito green in color with green tires.She said she believes the scooter was taken between 8 p.m. October 14 and 4 a.m. October 15.She said authorities have been contacted and are checking with neighbors who may have security cameras.Anyone with information are encouraged to call the Sidney Police Department at 308-254-5515 or Seaman at 970-371-4089.</div></body>
