What Happened to Katherine Renee Kane’s Character on ‘FBI’?

Well, that was a heck of a last day for Tiffany.

FBI returned for its seventh season with quite an unexpected case that shook the whole team, pitted them against the CIA, sent Agent Scola ( John Boyd ) to the hospital, and sent Agent Wallace ( Tiffany Renee Kane ) off to her new life. Her final day with the team was a confusing one, as it appeared an ordinary plumber had been assassinated, followed by his best friend, and his wife was being a little shady for some reason. She was later tracked down at a train station, where she was trying to make a run for it with her clueless teenage daughter while being followed by more assassins.

One of those assassins stabbed Scola in the thigh on an escalator, and while the rest of the team protected the wife and daughter and tracked the killers down, Wallace took care of Scola. She created a tourniquet for his leg and made sure he safely got into an ambulance. He was recovering well in the hospital the last time we saw him.

Throughout the episode, multiple people broached the subject of Wallace's departure with her, but it was pretty clear she had made up her mind.

"Scola, have you ever talked me out of anything?" she said. "Ever? Once? Ever?"

Maggie ( Missy Peregrym ) also gave it a try, but Wallace isn't just leaving her job. She's also moving to Georgia, where her sister has a little cafe and it's much quieter than NYC. She explained to Maggie that she wanted closure after Hobbs' death last season, and she didn't even feel like she got it after his killer was taken down.

"If I can't take care of myself, how can I…you know?" she told Maggie, trailing off as she got emotional. They promised to see each other again, and that was the last we saw of Agent Wallace.

She had a rough go last season when she brought Agent Hobbs ( Roshawn Franklin ) onto a case when they needed to check out a Somali restaurant. He was murdered while in pursuit of a suspect, and Wallace spent the entire season feeling responsible. She could certainly use a break, even if she will be missed. Eventually, the team will be joined by a new agent and new partner for Scola, played by Lisette Olivera .
