    KRE Group Completes 285-Unit Luxury Rental Community in Marlboro, New Jersey

    KRE Group has officially wrapped up construction on Beacon Hill, a new luxury rental community featuring 285 units in Marlboro, N.J. The project, which began construction in 2023, was financed by a $77.2 million loan from Truist Bank, secured in 2022, according to data from Yardi Matrix.

    Property Details and Amenities

    Spanning 47 acres, Beacon Hill comprises 14 three-story buildings, offering a variety of two-bedroom apartment configurations. Rental rates start at $3,190 per month. This pet-friendly community boasts a range of amenities, including:

    • A 4,000-square-foot clubhouse
    • Fitness center
    • Coworking lounge
    • Kitchen with dining area
    • Swimming pool
    • Playground and dog park
    • Reserved parking and EV charging stations

    Location and Accessibility

    Beacon Hill is located at 100 Buckingham St., conveniently positioned near major routes such as U.S. highways 9 and 34. Route 18 and the Garden State Parkway are also within a five-mile radius, providing easy access to the greater New Jersey area and beyond. The location offers proximity to a variety of dining, retail options, schools, and parks, all within a two-mile radius. For commuters, Manhattan is a manageable 37 miles away.

    Part of the Garden Collection

    Beacon Hill is the latest addition to KRE Group’s Garden Collection, which includes 15 rental communities across the Tri-State area. Nearby properties in this collection include Jackson Green in Jackson, N.J., and Deer Creek in Plainsboro Township, N.J., both within a 25-mile radius. Additionally, KRE Group is currently developing Valley View Park, a 239-unit community in East Hanover, N.J., which also belongs to the Garden Collection. Construction for Valley View Park began last year.
