The Baltimore Ravens are on a roll, having secured four consecutive wins, largely thanks to running back Derrick Henry's standout performances.

Through six weeks, Henry has been one of the most effective players in the league. On Sunday, he made history by scoring a touchdown in the first half, becoming the first player since LaDainian Tomlinson in 2005 to find the end zone in each of his team's first six games.

In their 30-23 victory over the Commanders , Henry carried the ball 24 times for 132 rushing yards and two touchdowns. His dominance has been a consistent theme, earning him recognition from the NFL .

On Wednesday, Henry was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week, a title he previously won just two weeks ago.

As he continues to solidify his status as the league's top running back, Henry is approaching significant career milestones. He recently surpassed 10,000 career rushing yards and is just two touchdowns shy of reaching 100 career touchdowns.

This season, he has amassed 119 carries for 704 yards and eight touchdowns, averaging an impressive 5.9 yards per carry. The combination of Henry and quarterback Lamar Jackson has proven nearly unstoppable for opposing defenses. With a current record of 4-2, the Ravens are set to headline " Monday Night Football " in Week 7 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

His ability to run through tackles while also getting to the outside and reaching the second level is unmatched. Given his size, he becomes nearly unstoppable once he breaks past the line of scrimmage, consistently gaining chunk yards.

Many consider the Ravens to be the biggest threat to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC, especially after their recent loss in the conference championship while hosting in Baltimore. This year, they have a key reinforcement they didn't have then: Derrick Henry.

"Ol' Jerruh" outsmarted himself on this non-acquisition: let rehearse the full gamut; Henry lives in Dallas, wishing for an offer from "Dem Boyz" and in return, the organization states that couldn't afford him!! ( could have been signed for 5-8 mil/yr.: considered a bargain for an elite back). Keep getting your ass tethered and many more of those blistering interviews will be forthcoming!!!
