    Urban Air Adventure Park in Spring Sued After Woman Fell on Unpadded Metal Part of Trampoline

    SPRING, TX – According to Case No. 2024-71341 filed on October 14, 2024, in Harris County District Court, Urban Air Adventure Park in Spring is facing a negligence lawsuit. The incident occurred on January 28, 2023, when the plaintiff sustained injuries while jumping on a trampoline at the park, located at 20100 Holzwarth Road, Spring, Texas.

    The plaintiff alleges that the trampoline was inadequately padded, causing her to fall onto a metal part and sustain personal injuries. The lawsuit claims that Urban Air Adventure Park, owned by 1-2-3 Rotate LLC, failed to properly maintain safe conditions, warn the plaintiff of the dangers, and address the hazardous condition.

    The plaintiff seeks compensation for physical pain, medical expenses, and physical impairment, with damages claimed between $250,000 and $1,000,000. The case will be heard in the 80th Harris County District Court.
