The incident occurred on February 21, 2023, at the car wash located at 9802 Airline Drive in Houston. The plaintiff alleges that while entering the car wash bay, the front passenger tire of his vehicle fell into an uncovered hole, resulting in injuries and damage to his vehicle. The lawsuit claims that the owners were negligent in failing to maintain safe conditions, adequately warn customers, and properly inspect the premises.
