Fox News host Kennedy Montgomery mocked Vice President Kamala Harris on Wednesday over questions about whether she had faced sexism as a candidate.

During a Fox News panel, co-host Kayleigh McEnany noted that White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked if Harris had to overcome sexism as a presidential candidate.

"People just cry sexism," McEnany opined.

"Oh no, that poor thing," Montgomery said sarcastically. "We should get her a little blanky, and we should be propping her up when you're going to be the president of the United States, when you're going to lead the free world, when you are going to fight against tyranny and oppression, when you are going to defend and support Americans."

"You have to have a backbone of steel regardless of what is inside your bathing suit," she added. "And if we constantly have to help and prop up a candidate so they can do the basic facets of the presidency, then that person is not ready for the job regardless of gender."
