Agree Eve Fam! Bringing animals to some authority is better than abandoning them elsewhere. I can understand why the police would want to ultimately know where the puppies came from, but if it won't make a difference, their time can be better spent on larger issues. Going after small-time abandoners really doesn't solve the huge & dark issue. we need to have better protection for all pets perhaps starting with licensing costs & spay/neuter. So thankful someone found the pups & took them to a place for further help.
