What happens in The Creep Tapes trailer?

The video highlights the return of serial killer Peachfuzz, as he continues to lure unsuspecting victims into becoming his videographer. The sequel series will once again be led by Duplass, who, in the first movie, was introduced as a serial killer named Josef.

The Creep Tapes is written and executive produced by Duplass and Patrick Brice, with the latter also serving as the director. Additional executive producers include Mel Eslyn, Jay Duplass and Chris Donlon, and Shuli Harel. It hails from Duplass Brothers Productions and Shudder.

“The miniseries continues to unravel the mind of a secluded serial killer who lures videographers into his world with the promise of a paid job documenting his life. Unfortunately, as the tape rolls, the killer’s questionable intentions surface with his increasingly odd behavior and the victims will learn they may have made a deadly mistake,” reads the synopsis.
