SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO—Summit County Executive Ilene Shapiro and Animal Control recently worked with Keller Farms and Whispering Acres Animal Sanctuary to provide relief to victims of Hurricane Helene. In total, Summit County Animal Control donated 11 pallets of animal food, litter, cages, and other equipment to help in the relief efforts. Animal Control supplied food for dogs, cats, waterfowl, rabbits, horses, and other animals.
