It’s about time ! The current facility is inefficient and costly. It is far from centrally located and requires buses that are expected to function on a schedule to deal with industrial park traffic. I’ve worked in that disaster of a facility. I also operated a facility in a “neighborhood “. The proposed location makes far more sense than any other suggestion in the past 20 years. It also creates a situation that can save huge amounts of money on fuel.
