When asked about what he was doing, Scott reportedly told officers that he owned both cars.ECC reportedly confirmed to responding officers that Scott was switching license plates between cars. At the scene, a police K-9 conducted a free air sniff and alerted to both vehicles.One of the cars reportedly contained a bag of cocaine and the other car contained a large amount of cash and another bag of cocaine.Scott was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, having no registration plates and failure to maintain insurance.</div></body>
