Robert Card.Additionally, the lawsuit asserts that Card was let to remain in the community despite having a severe mental disorder that was not being treated, and that he was also granted access to assault weapons.Card opened fire and killed eighteen people inside of a popular bowling alley and a nearby tavern in the month of October in the year 2023.Making a legal notification is the initial step in the process of initiating a case for wrongful death.</div></body>
